Service Hours: Monday thru Friday. Saturday Service Hours: Available for one time cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings and special occasion cleaning. Offices we will clean after hours call 303-246-6202

Payment
Payment is due on cleaning day. We accept checks and cash. (Cash or a check must be presented in a sealed envelope.) There is a $10.00 late payment fee if payment is not received on cleaning day. Returned check fee is $30.00.

Guarantee
2 Women and a Broom won’t be happy until you are happy and we guarantee it. If you’re dissatisfied for any reason, call us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to do the job again at no additional charge. (No refunds are available.)

Weather-related Postponement
2 Women and a Broom reserves the right to postpone your scheduled cleaning if there is a storm in progress on that day (e.g. ice, snow, thunderstorms). If we do cancel your appointment due to bad weather, we will contact you that day to schedule another appointment. 

Claims for Loss or Breakage
Any claims for missing items or breakage must be made within 48 hours. Excluded from claim are: one-of-a-kind or hard to replace items, items of sentimental value, antiques and artwork.

Lock-Out Policy
Most clients give us a key to their home or garage door combination for easy access. Please let us know if you prefer another means of access. In the event we are unable to gain access to your home on your scheduled cleaning day, you will be charged $35 to cover our rescheduling expenses.
